模块无扰冗余切换技术在DCS中的实现

     

摘要

Technologies of fault detection, arbitration and switching are critical issues and difficulties for implementing module redundancy in DCS. The bumpless redundant module switching circuit is setup by adopting FPGA and distributed components, and the redundancy switching logics, including watchdog reset switching to master, automatic completing to master, and intelligent upgrading to master are designed and implemented. The results of simulation and test indicate that the design ensures fast bumpless switching when module fault occurs and avoids the problems of dual master and repeat switching. The feasibility of this technology has been verified in practical engineering application.%故障检测技术、仲裁和切换技术是DCS系统实现模块冗余的关键,同时也是难题.采用FPGA和分立元件构建了无扰冗余切换电路,设计并实现了模块看门狗复位切主、自动抢主和智能升主等冗余切换逻辑.仿真测试表明,该设计确保了模块发生故障时的快速无扰动切换,解决了模块切换过程中的双主和重复切换等难题.通过工程应用案例,验证了该项技术的可行性.
