波音737-NG模拟机双指针指示器设计

     

摘要

In order to substitute the expensive imported real dual-needle aircraft indicator for flight simulator, it is significance to design emulated dual-needle aircraft indicator for the simulator. The operational principle and design method of the digital signal processor and the miniature stepping motor that are used in the emulated dual-needle indicator for Boeing 737-NG flight simulator are described in detail. With the FLAPS indicator of Boeing 737-NG flight simulator as example, the emulated dual needle aircraft indicator for Boeing 737-NG flight is designed and produced. The indicator is installed on Boeing 737-NG full-mission flight training simulator for tests. The result of simulation indicates that the indicator meets the design requirement of the FLAPS indicator, and it can successfully replace the real indicator for existing flight simulators.%为替代价格高昂的进口飞行模拟机双指针真飞机指示器,设计模拟机用双指针仿真指示器有着重要的意义.详细阐述了波音737-NG飞行模拟机双指针仿真指示器所采用的数字信号处理器和微型步进电机的工作原理和设计方法;以波音737-NG模拟机双指针襟翼指示器(FLAPS)为例,设计制作了波音737-NG模拟机双指针指示器,并将其安装到波音737-NG全任务飞行训练模拟机进行测试.仿真结果表明,该指示器能满足波音737-NG襟翼指示器的设计要求,成功替代了现有模拟机用真飞机襟翼指示器.
