双作用三直线电机往复泵试验装置研究

     

摘要

针对传统往复泵结构复杂、效率低、输出流量和压力波动大、维修不方便等缺点,提出并研制了一种双作用三直线电机往复泵试验装置.该装置以计算机为核心,具体由通用变频器、三相圆筒型感应直线电机、PCI数据采集卡和传感器等设备组成.通过系统软件编程,实现了单直线电机驱动往复泵试验和三直线电机协调控制往复泵试验.试验结果验证了理论研究的正确性.%To against the disadvantages of traditional reciprocating pumps, e. g. , complicated structure, low efficiency, large fluctuation of output (low and pressure, and difficult to maintain, the test equipment of double acting triple linear motor reciprocating pump is proposed and developed. With computer as the kernel, the equipment is composed of commonly used inverter, three-phase cylindrical inductive linear motor, PCI data acquisition card and sensors, etc. Through software programming, the test of single linear motor driving reciprocating pump and the test of triple linear motor coordinated control reciprocating pump are implemented. The result of tests verifies the correctness of the theoretical research.
