以人为本的核电站数字化人机界面设计研究

     

摘要

In accordance with the features of huge amount and centralized information of digitized human machine interface ( HMI) in nuclear power plant(NPP), the risks come from human factors are researched. With the design for digitized HMI of reactor coolant system (RCS) in Ling Ao Phase II NPP as example, the human errors are reduced through applying human factor engineering(HFE). The key elements in designing digitizing HMI are summarized and the design concept of people-oriented is proposed. The design of people-oriented digitized HMI enhances the effectiveness of operators and provides technical reference for subsequent design of HMI in NPP.%针对核电站数字化人机界面信息量庞大且集中的特点,对人因失误的风险进行了研究。以岭澳二期反应堆冷却剂系统的数字化人机界面设计为例,通过应用人因工程来减少人因失误的风险。总结了核电站数字化人机界面设计的关键要素,提出了“以人为本”的设计思路。“以人为本”的数字化人机界面设计提高了操作人员的效能,也为后续核电站人机界面的设计提供了技术参考。
