In pace with the development of offshore oil technology, to increase the yield of oil and gas, several, more than a dozen, or dozens of platforms have been connected by trestle bridge and sub sea pipelines and cables to build massive oilfield groups. Frequent travelling of large vessels makes the traditional security defence of offshore oil platforms fails to satisfy current ocean environment. Even more, the complex production situation requests more rigorous security for the oilfields. Based on offshore oilfield security, and with reducing risk of safety as target, in accordance with the guidelines of“active defence, accurate forecasting and preparedness, to avoid accidents”, and the methods of regional vigilance, requested prevention, rung defence, and integrated monitoring, the beach water, underwater security systems applied in offshore oilfields are introduced in detail.%随着海洋石油技术的发展,为提高海上油气产量,几座、十几座、几十座平台采用栈桥、海底管缆连接,构成海上大规模油田群。大型船舶的频繁往来,使传统的海上石油平台安全防范已不能满足当前的海洋环境,而这种复杂的生产形势对油田群的安全提出更加严格的要求。从海洋油田安全环境出发,以降低安全风险为目的,依据“主动防御、准确测报、防范未然、规避事故”的方针,按区域警戒、要求防范、梯级防御、综合监控的方法,详细介绍了应用于海洋油田群的水上、水下安防系统。
