AP1000 class 1E DC system and uninterruptible power supply( UPS) system can provide a reliable power supply for the safety shutdown of the power plant,and also can meet the single failure without affecting the safety shutdown of the power plant. In order to ensure that any divisions of safety-related system performing the related functions will not affected by other divisions,especially under some accident conditions, AP1000 nuclear power plant ( NPP ) introduced IEEE 384 "Criteria for independence of class 1E equipment and circuits" standard. Electrical isolation method is proposed to ensure the independence of the each division. According to the electrical principle of AP1000 class 1E UPS system, this paper introduced necessity of IEEE 384,design proposal and acceptance criteria,etc. Test results show that the design proposal can meet the requirements of electrical isolation. It can be not only referred for the following AP1000 projects, but also for other local nuclear power plants.%AP10001E级的直流系统和不间断电源(UPS)系统能够为电厂的安全停机提供可靠的电源,且在单一故障的情况下,不会影响电厂的安全停机.为了确保任意序列安全系统在执行功能时,尤其在事故工况下,不受其他序列的影响,AP1000核电站引入了IEEE 384《核电厂安全级电气设备和电路独立性准则》,要求采用电气隔离的方法确保每一序列的独立性.重点介绍了IEEE 384对于电路隔离的要求,并加以分析.针对AP10001E级UPS设备电气原理,从系统角度分析了IEEE 384要求的必要性,并提出了设计方案和验收准则等.试验结果表明,该设计方案满足电气隔离的要求,不仅可推广至后续AP1000堆型,而且可推广至国内外其他核电堆型.
