Combining automation technology,control technology and fieldbus communication technology into the distributed gas hot water heating control system will improve the heating quality and save energy. The application of S7-1200 series PLC in the distributed gas hot water heating system was introduced. the communication connection between the controller,and the frequency converter and the temperature sensor are described. The structure of the control system,the design of measurement and control points, the hardware configuration of PLC,the heating system water temperature of the outdoor temperature compensation quality adjustment control model,and temperature feedback correction quality adjustment control model,heating water temperature control,heating circulating pump pressure frequency control,constant pressure water control and water supply pipeline pressure control strategy were mainly discussed. According to the control strategy,the PLC heating system control program was designed .The actual operation shows that the control system is stable,the operation is Intelligence and convenient,the heating quality is ensured,the energy is saved,and the heating operation cost is reduced,and the utility model has wide application prospects.
