智能电力线载波通信模块的设计

     

摘要

Powerline carrier communication technology is becoming one of the main communication modes of power system, because it can make full use of powerline resources.At present,most of the carrier modules feature disadvantages of high cost and complex operation,thus an intelligent powerline communication module based on phase synchronization modulation has been designed.When phase synchronization technology is used for communication,one end of module carries a trap wave at the fixed phase point of each period of the power frequency signal to complete modulation during communication,and the other end detects and demodulates the trap wave at the phase point to complete the data transmission.This module can be redeveloped by using common serial communication mode such as serial peripherat interface(SPI) with low cost. The module is applied to the intelligent community lighting control system for testing,and it can complete on-off control,working state and the fault state reading for the illuminators.Experimental results show that the design is conveniently operated and the data transmission reliability is high,and it is suitable for situations where the transmission rate is not very high.%电力线载波通信技术因其可以充分利用电力线资源,已逐渐成为电力系统的主要通信方式之一.针对目前许多载波模块成本高、操作复杂的问题,设计了一种基于相位同步调制的智能电力线载波通信模块.利用相位同步技术进行通信时,模块的一端通过在工频信号每个周期固定相位点处搭载陷波完成调制,另一端在该相位点处检测陷波信号,并解调完成数据传输.该模块可以采用串行外设接口(SPI)等通用串行通信方式进行二次开发,造价成本低.将该模块应用于智慧社区照明控制系统中进行测试,可以完成对照明器开关控制和工作状态、故障状态的读取.试验表明,该设计操作方便、数据传输可靠性高,适用于对传输速率要求不高的场合.
