SVM-DTC控制的永磁同步伺服系统仿真

         

摘要

Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) servo system controlled by vector control (VC) has the advantage of good stationary performance, but has the shortage of poor torque dynamic properties. At the same time, traditional direct torque control (DTC) has rapid torque response, but has the shortage of large torque ripple. This paper introduces direct torque control strategy using space vector modulation (SVM-DTC) in PMSM servo system, which reduces torque ripple by using SVM and maintains fast dynamic response. Simulation model under MATLAB condition has been set up, and then compared with system controlled by VC. The results testify that the PMSM servo system based on SVM-DTC has high dynamic response rate, high stationary precision, and good robustness when load has a disturbance.%矢量控制永磁同步电机伺服系统稳态性能好,但转矩动态性能逊色.而传统直接转矩控制虽然动态响应迅速,但稳态转矩脉动大.因此,文中在永磁伺服系统中引入空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制策略,在保持快速动态响应的同时,利用空间矢量调制方法减小转矩脉动,并利用MATLAB软件对系统进行建模仿真,同时对比于矢量控制的伺服系统.结果证明基于空间矢量调制的直接转矩控制永磁同步电机伺服系统具有动态响应速度快,稳态控制精度高,对负载扰动鲁棒性好等优点.
