电压暂降评估指标(Ⅰ)——电网薄弱环节指标

             

摘要

Voltage sags cause a lot of economic loses for the end user. It is a problem interconnected with utility and end users. To mitigate the effect of voltage sags, corporation between utility and user is necessary. A valid evolution index can provide the basis for both sides. With Monte-Carlo method, the stochastic simulation can present the expected value of the voltage sag of the end user after constructing the network. The difference between the before and after the construction shows the effect of the fault location on the amplitude of voltage sag, and the fault times has the effect on the frequency of voltage sags. The ULI consider both fault location and fault frequency at the same time. Therefore ULI can indicate the nodes needed to be constructed correctly. With ULI, the utility can be instructed to construct the network to mitigate the influence of voltage sags.%电压暂降问题给电力用户带来巨大经济损失,需要供电企业和用户双方共同努力加以解决.采用合适的评估指标,有利于为双方解决问题提供依据.电网薄弱环节识别指标是从供电企业的角度提出.利用蒙特卡洛模拟方法,获得网架改造后电压暂降幅值的期望值.仿真结果与实际统计的差别,表示故障地点对电压暂降幅值的影响;故障发生次数则表示电网故障对电压暂降发生频次的影响.综合二者形成电网薄弱环节识别指标,可综合体现出电网故障对电压用户电压暂降事件的影响,从而表征电网中的薄弱环节.通过指标计算,为供电企业电网改造地点提供更加明确的指导.
