中西医结合延续护理对气虚质 IgA 肾病患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响〔1〕

摘要

目的：探讨中西医结合延续护理对气虚质 IgA 肾病患者自我管理能力和生活质量的影响。方法：将126例确诊为气虚质 IgA 肾病患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组（中西医结合延续护理组）和对照组（常规护理组），每组各63例，护理干预1年。1年后分别采用自我管理量表（PIH 量表）及健康调查简表（SF -36）对两组患者进行自我管理能力及生活质量评价。结果：观察组与对照组自我管理能力比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）；观察组与对照组生活质量比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：中西医结合延续护理能明显改善气虚质 IgA 肾病患者自我管理能力，有效提患者的生活质量。%Objective:To explore the influences of combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care to self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients. Methods:All 126 qixu habi-tude IgA nephrosis patients were confirmed constitution of qixu habitude IgA nephrosis patients which were split into 2 groups randomly,63 cases in each group. The control group was done with general follow - up mode. The experimental group was done with combination of Chinese and Western medicine continuing nursing care and the treatment lasted for 12 months. Effects e-valuation was made after 12 months with self - management instrument(PIH)and health survey(SF - 36). Results:For self -management ability comparison,there were statistically significant differences in two groups(P < 0. 01). For quality of life, there were statistically differences in two groups(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and Western medicine contin-uing nursing care is very helpful to improve self - management ability and quality of life adaptation of qixu habitude IgA ne-phrosis patients.
