To provide guidance for the design of copper clad laminate, the effects of aluminum hydroxide treated by different coupling agent and the resin on the mechanical properties and alkali resistance of CCL, as well as the interracial properties between filler ＆ epoxy resin were studied.%通过研究不同类型偶联剂处理氢氧化铝填料对界面及其力学性能、耐碱性等方面的影响，为覆铜板产品配方设计提供借鉴。
