图形转移菲林生产过程中尺寸涨缩变化评估

摘要

Any changes of film dimensions affect the overall PCB image dimensions directly.Using production exposure times（UV irradiation） to get the film changing trend on the production,and find the critical points of film changing,then create the film control points within the effective dimensions of the PCB,the factory could ensure the stability of PCB dimensions.%菲林的尺寸变化直接影响到PCB板的整体图形尺寸;通过生产曝光次数（UV照射）,抓取菲林在生产中的变化趋势,找出菲林变化的的临界点,从而制定能满足PCB板有效尺寸内的菲林管控点,保证PCB板的尺寸稳定。
