The paper describes the preparation of copper nanoparticles by using the alkaline etching wastewater via chemical reduction method. Using potassium borohydride as a reducing agent and polyvinylpyrrolid one(PVP), hexadecytrimethyl ammonium(CTAB) as a protective agent and dispersant in the experiment. It obtained that the best condition of synthesis of nano-copper:reduction temperature is 60℃, reduction time is 60min, ratio of PVP and CTAB is 1:5 though these experiments, size of nano-copper is below 100nm.% 利用碱性蚀刻废液通过化学还原的方法制备纳米铜粉。在碱性条件下用NaBH4作还原剂;表面分散剂和保护剂用聚乙烯比咯烷酮(PVP)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB);研究结果表明,用碱性蚀刻废液制备纳米铜最佳的条件为:反应温度60℃,反应时间60 min,PVP与CTAB的用量为1:5,制备出来的纳米铜粉为单质铜,颗粒粒径在100nm以内。
