文章首先就CAF和枝状结晶的机理及生长过程进行了对比分析,认为挠性基材的离子迁移属于枝状结晶现象。其次,对无卤覆盖膜的耐离子迁移性展开了系统地研究,选用多种覆盖膜对比分析了不同胶系、橡胶种类、离子捕捉剂类型及填料用量等因素对覆盖膜耐离子迁移性的影响。%First of all, the mechanism and growing process of CAF and dendrite are analyzed, the ion migration of lfexible substrates is ascribed to dendrite. Secondly, ion migration resistance of halogen-free coverlay was researched systematically, with the impact of different adhesive, different rubber, different ion exchanger and usage of ifller among ion migration was contrastive analyzed.
