ADHESIVE COMPOSITION FOR HALOGEN-FREE COVERLAY FILM AND COVERLAY FILM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An adhesive composition is provided to improve refractivity by raising glass transition temperature(Tg) through maximizing cross-linking, thereby manufacturing a coverlay film with flame retardance, adhesion, thermal resistance, bleed-out resistance, and sealability of patterns. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive composition is provided to have a non-halogen-based epoxy resin, a thermoplastic resin, a hardener, an asymmetrical cyclic aliphatic amine, a hardening accelerator, and non-halogen phosphorous-based flame retardant and inorganic filler. The for halogen-free coverlay film comprises an electrical insulative base film(100), an adhesive layer(200) formed by spreading the adhesive composition on at least one side of the base film; and a release paper(300) in which release paper or release film is laminated on the adhesive layer.
