文章讲述了埋铜块电路板的制作方法，以6层、埋入两种类型的铜块的埋铜块电路板的制作为范例，突出了前期策划设计和制作过程中的难点及控制技巧，积累了制作此类埋铜块电路板的生产经验。%This paper presents a production method of Buried-copper-coin PCB, by using 6 layer, with buried 2 kinds of Copper-coin of Buried-Copper-coin PCB production as an example, which highlighted the pre planning and design. In the process of making we accumulated experience in making such Buried-Copper-coin PCB production.
