挠性覆铜板用聚酰亚胺复合膜研究

摘要

This paper studied the polyimide composite film for two layer FCCL. Focusing on the bonding properties of TPI and PI films, and in order to improve the adhesion of TPI and PI films, a series of treatments were carried out on the surface of PI film by chemical treatment, heating treatment, corona, plasma and so on.%文章对两层挠性覆铜板用聚酰亚胺，特别是压合法用的聚酰亚胺复合膜进行了开发研究。重点针对TPI和PI膜的粘结性进行考察，并通过化学处理、加热处理、电晕、等离子等对PI膜的表面进行了一系列的处理，以提高TPI和PI膜的粘结性。
