CPCA标准《印制板用硬质合金钻头通用规范》（修订版）简介

Being an important step, CNC drilling and its effectiveness and overall performance strongly depend on micro drill bit. The standard of cemented carbide micro drill bit is improved with the development of PCB technology and products. This paper briefly introduces the revised edition of CPCA-4404(2016) General specification of carbide drills for printed boards and its significance.%印制板的数控钻孔是印制板制程的重要环节，而硬质合金微型钻头则是决定钻孔性能和效率的关键因素。随着新型印制板材不断出现，对硬质合金钻头的要求也越来越高。本文简要介绍了CPCA 4404A-2016《印制板用硬质合金钻头通用规范》及意义。
