钽加热器泄漏原因初探及修复

     

摘要

某公司从国外引进了一套废硫酸浓缩装置,其中浓缩使用的钽加热器在使用过程中失效泄漏。钽加热器是废硫酸浓缩装置中的核心设备,加工难度大,造价昂贵。通过对钽加热器管板和换热管进行检测,并进行分析探讨,从设计、制造、使用三方面对失效原因进行分析,针对性提出相关维修方案,成功修复设备,为钽设备国产化及使用提供参考建议。%A company from abroad introduced a set of waste sulphuric acid concentration device,which concentration section using tantalum sulphuric acid heater in the use of leakage failure.Tantalum heater is core equipment of waste sulfuric acid concentration device,processing difficulty,high cost.Based on tanta-lum heater tube plate and tube heat exchanger were detected,and the analysis and discussion.The failure causes are analyzed from three aspects of design,manufacture and use.Puts forward the relevant mainte-nance program,the successful repair of the equipment.Finally for tantalum and use of equipment and localization provides the reference suggestion.
