The Structure of the State is the main components of our constitution. Since the adoption of the constitution, although the state organs and national structures of our country have been further developed and improved, while as the time goes and some provisions of the constitution have begun to be incompatible with the social reality. For example, the constitutional position of Special Administrative Region is not prominent. The constitutional status and leadership of the People's Bank of China are unclear. The constitutional provisions of the special committee of the National People's Congress are highlighted. The constitutional guarantee of the constitutional review is inadequate. All of these problems need to be further improved.%国家机构是我国宪法的主要组成部分.八二宪法通过以来,我国国家机关和国家结构形式虽然得到了进一步的发展和完善,但随着时间的推移,宪法部分条款开始与社会实际不相适应.如特别行政区宪法定位不突出,中国人民银行宪法地位及领导体制不明确,全国人大专门委员会条款内在张力凸显,合宪性审查工作机构宪法保障不充分,需要进一步完善.
