纳米Pd/C催化剂的制备及其催化氧化乙二醛生成乙醛酸的研究

         

摘要

Two kinds of Pd/C catalysts were prepared by the colloidal method in which colloidal Pd nano-particies were prepared by chemical reduction using PdCl2 and Pd ( Oac) 2 as precursors, and then were supported on activated carbon, respectively. The catalysts obtained were used for selective catalytic oxidation of glyoxal to glyoxalic acid. The effect of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, initial concentration of glyoxal as well as Pd loading quantity and using precursor in the process of preparing catalysts on the catalytic reaction was investigated and good catalytic reaction results with glyoxalic acid yield of 31.07% and selectivity of 67.06% were obtained under optimum condition. Based on the characterization of surface Pd chemical state on Pd/C catalysts before and after catalytic test by XPS technology, the selection of the catalytic reaction and irreversible deactivation mechanism with Pd/C catalyst was briefly discussed.%利用化学还原法分别以PdC12和Pd( OAc)2为前体制备了胶体Pd纳米粒子,然后采用胶体负载法获得2种Pd/C催化剂并应用于催化乙二醛氧化生成乙醛酸的反应.研究了催化反应条件如温度、乙二醛初始浓度以及在催化剂制备中Pd负载量、使用的前体对催化反应的影响,从而在最佳催化条件下得到乙醛酸产率为31.07%,选择性为67.06%的反应结果;利用XPS技术对Pd/C催化剂使用前后Pd的表面化学状态进行了表征,简要探讨了Pd/C催化剂的选择性和催化剂失活机理.
