Objective To study the effects of macular edema combining with oral methazolamide and absorbent after laser photocoagulation of branch retinal vein occlusion ( BRVO). Methods 42 eyes of 42 patients with branch retinal vein occlusion ( BRVO) after laser photocoagulation were divided into two groups. One group accepted oral methazolamide and absorbent,the other group only accepted oral absorbent. Then observed the visual acuity and macular edema changes of the two groups after 1 month. Results The visual acuity improved (59. 1% vs 25. 0% , P < 0. 05) and macular edema disappeared (63. 6% vs 30. 0% , P < 0. 05) of the patients accepted oral methazolamide and absorbent were both better than the patients accepted oral absorbent after laser photocoagulation at 1 month. Conclusion Macular edema combining with methazolamide and absorbent after laser photocoagulation of branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) were more effective.%目的 探讨联合口服醋甲唑胺与吸收剂对视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后黄斑水肿的临床疗效.方法 将42例(42眼)视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后的患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服醋甲唑胺联合吸收荆,对照组单纯口服吸收剂,对比两组患者在治疗后1个月的视力及黄斑水肿的变化情况.结果 激光光凝术后,口服醋甲唑胺联合吸收剂的患者1个月时视力提高(59.1％ vs.25.0％,P＜0.05)、黄斑水肿消失(63.6％vs.30.0％,P＜0.05)均优于单纯口服吸收剂的患者.结论 联合应用醋甲唑胺与吸收荆治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞激光光凝术后黄斑水肿更有效.
