氟比洛芬酯用于无痛人工流产术疗效及安全性的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨氟比洛芬酯对无痛人工流产术麻醉及其术后镇痛的效果及安全性.方法 100例要求行人工流产者随机均分为2组.观察组先静脉注射氟比洛芬酯50 mg,10 min后静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg;对照组先缓慢静脉注射芬太尼1 μg/kg,10 min后静脉注射丙泊酚2 mg/kg.两组丙泊酚静注速率均为100 mg/min.记录两组用药前、睫毛反射消失时、术中、术毕时的SBP、HR、RR、SpO2,以及术毕清醒后1、5、15、30 min视觉模拟评分(VAS)值.记录手术时间、苏醒时间、丙泊酚总用药量、不良反应、术中麻醉效果.结果 受术者睫毛反射消失时观察组SBP高于对照组(P<0.05);睫毛反射消失时及术中观察组RR、SpO2高于对照组(P<0.05),两组术中麻醉效果评定为优、良、差的例数及术毕清醒后1、5、15、30 min时下腹部疼痛VAS值比较,差异无统计学意义.结论 在人工流产术中,氟比洛芬酯联合丙泊酚具有良好的术中麻醉及术后镇痛效果,对呼吸及循环抑制较轻,是一种较为安全有效的配伍方法.%Objective To study the effect and safety of flurbiprofen axetil on analgesia induced abortion anaesthesia and postoperative analgesia. Methods 100 patients undergone artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group: flurbiprofen axetil 50 mg was administrated at first, and 2 mg/kg propofol was given after 10 min. Control group:fentanyi 1 g/kg was administrated at first,and 2 mg/kg propofol was given after 10 min. The rate of intravenous injection of propofol was 100 mg/min. SBP, HR, RR, SpO2, peration time, recovery time, propofol dosage,adverse effect, anesthetic effect and postoperative visual analog scale (VAS)were recorded. Results When eyelash reflex disappeared,SBP in treatment group was higher than that of control group( P ＜0. 05 ) ;When eyelash reflex disappeared or intraoperation, RR and SpO2 in treatment group were higher than those of control group( P ＜ 0. 05 ),there was no significant difference between the two groups in intraoperative anesthetic effect and postoperative VAS.Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil for induced abortion can increase intraoperative anesthetic effect and decrease postoperative pain intensity.
