目的 观察膀胱肿瘤术后应用不同化疗药物行膀胱灌注的疗效,并探讨其护理方法.方法 我院2003年1月-2012年1月行膀胱癌手术的患者112例,应用不同的化疗方案给予膀胱灌注,在局部化疗前、灌注过程中及灌注后观察患者情况.结果 112例患者中,出现尿路刺激征42例(37.5%),肉眼血尿16例(14.29%),膀胱结核2例.随访2～3年,1年之内无复发病例,2年内复发6例,3年内复发10例.肿瘤分化为Ⅰ级的复发患者2例,Ⅱ级复发6例,Ⅲ级复发8例.结论 对膀胱灌注后患者的情况进行细心的观察和护理,能使肿瘤得到有效的治疗,进而提高患者的生存率与生命质量.%Objective To observe the effect of different postoperative chemotherapy drugs on intravesical instillation of patients with bladder tumor, and discuss the care methods. Methods 112 patients undergoing bladder cancer surgery were chose from January 2003 to January 2012 in our hospital. The patients were given different chemotherapy drugs in intravesical instillation after bladder cancer surgery. The patients' situation were observed before and after instillation. Results There were 42 cases of urinary irritation symptoms ( 37. 5% ), 16 cases of gross hematuria ( 14. 29% ),2 cases of bladder tuberculosis. After 2-3 years of follow-up, there was 0,6,10 recurrence cases within 1 , 2 and 3 years respectively. Tumor differentiation: 2 cases of grade Ⅰ relapsed patients,6 cases of grade Ⅱ ,8 cases of grade Ⅲ. Conclusion Careful observation and nursing on patients after intravesical instillation can effectively treat cancer,thereby improve the patient survival rate and life quality.
