Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment methods on 75 elderly patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer( RAU ). Methods 150 elderly patients with RAU of out-patient and in-patient were selected. All the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ,75 patients for each group. The treatment group was treated with comprehensive treatment: subcutaneous injection of thymosin alphal , gargled with kangfuxin liquid and took it internally, externally applied with vitamin B2 , compound vitamin B and dexamethasone injection. In control group, vitamin B2 and compound vitamin B were taken orally and tablate cydiodine was given. Results The total effective rate of treatment group( 97. 33% )was higher than that of control group( 82. 67% ), there were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion The comprehensive treatment above for elderly patients with RAU is effective without adverse reaction,it can be used in clinical treatment for RAU.%目的 探讨老年阿弗他溃疡的综合治疗方法.方法 选取我院门诊及住院老年复发性阿弗他溃疡患者150例,随机分为2组,每组75例.治疗组运用综合治疗方法,即皮下注射胸腺肽α1,康复新液含漱及内服,同时局部溃疡面涂擦维生素B2+复合维生素B+地塞米松;对照组给予口服维生素B2+复合维生素B,同时含服华素片.结果 治疗组有效率为97.33%,与对照组(82.67%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 运用上述综合治疗方法治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡疗效显著,且无不良反应,临床可考虑选择应用.
