中西药联合治疗老年医院内肺炎的疗效

摘要

目的 观察抗生素联合喜炎平治疗老年医院内肺炎(NP)的疗效及安全性.方法 将48例老年NP患者,随机分为中西药联合组(联合组,n=26)和常规西药组(常规组,n=22),均合理应用抗生素,积极治疗基础疾病、进行营养支持及对症治疗,联合组在此基础上加用喜炎平.结果 联合组与常规组有效率分别为96.2%、81.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05).联合组退热时间为(72±9)h,常规组为(96±10)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义( P <0.05).联合组细菌清除率为91.6%,常规组为87.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义( P >0.05).两组均未见明显不良反应.结论 敏感抗生素联合喜炎平治疗老年NP安全可靠.%aObjective To observe the efficacy and safety of antibiotics with Xiyanping on elderly nosocomical pneumonia( NP ). Methods 48 elderly NP patients were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group( combination group, n = 26 ) and conventional Western medicine group( conventional group, n = 22 ), both groups received reasonable application of antibiotics, aggressive treatment of underlying disease, nutritional support and symptomatic treatment, the combination group added Xiyanping on the basis. Results The effective rates of the combination group and conventional group were 96. 2% and 81. 8% ,there was significant difference between the two groups( P <0. 05 ). The defervescence time of combination group was( 72 ±9 )h,and the conventional group was( 96 ± 10 )h,there was significant difference between the two groups( P <0. 05 ). The bacterial clearance rate of combination group was 91. 6% ,the conventional group was 87. 5% ,there was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05 ). There was no obvious adverse reaction of the two groups. Conclusion Sensitive antibiotics combined with Xiyanping therapy on elderly NP is safe and reliable, which can improve the success rate of treatment.
