A method for preventing or treating nosocomial diseases, e.g., diseases caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, is provided. The method includes administering to a susceptible human subject a specified dose of a bispecific antibody that that specifically binds Pseudomonas aeruginosa Psl and PcrV.
