The main metastatic pathway for cervical cancer is lymph node metastasis. Sentinel lymph nodes are the first site of lymph node metastasis. Lymph node metastasis is a result of lymph node micrometastasis. However,lymph node micrometastasis is usu-ally neglected by traditional histopathology,and undetected lymph node micrometastases may lead to recurrence. This article will intro-duce the progress of research on sentinel lymph node micrometastasis in cervical cancer in recent years.%宫颈癌主要的转移途径为淋巴结转移,前哨淋巴结是肿瘤发生淋巴结转移的第一站.淋巴结转移是由淋巴结微转移发展而来,然而淋巴结微转移通常被传统的病理组织学检测忽略,未能发现的微转移有可能导致复发.本文将介绍近年来宫颈癌前哨淋巴结微转移的研究进展.
