目的：评价鼻腔扩容术联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（ obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome ，OSAHS）的临床疗效。方法97例OSAHS患者，均同期行鼻腔扩容术联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗，比较术前及术后6个月进行睡眠呼吸暂停指数、夜间平均动脉血氧饱和度、最低动脉血氧饱和度、血氧饱和度＜90％所占夜间睡眠时间比以及ESS嗜睡评分。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。术后6个月患者的睡眠呼吸暂停指数、夜间平均动脉血氧饱和度、最低动脉血氧饱和度、血氧饱和度＜90％所占夜间睡眠时间比以及ESS嗜睡评分较术前均有显著改善，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论鼻腔扩容联合悬雍垂腭咽成形术治疗OSAHS患者效果显著，能有效改善患者的临床症状。%Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nasal cavity expansion operation combined with uvulopalatopharyngo -plasty in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods Ninety-seven patients with OSAHS were undergone the nasal cavity expansion operation combined with uvulopalatopharyngoplasty .The sleep apnea index ,night mean arterial ox-ygen saturation,minimum arterial oxygen saturation ,periods of blood oxygen saturation <90% during night sleep and ESS sleepiness score were compared before and after 6 months of the operation .Results All patients had successful surgery .The sleep apnea index , night mean arterial oxygen saturation ,minimum arterial oxygen saturation ,periods of blood oxygen saturation <90%during night sleep and ESS sleepiness score were all improved after 6 months of the operation ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The effect of the operation for the treatment of OSAHS is significant .It can improve the clinical symptoms effectively .
