单孔全胸腔镜胸交感神经切断术治疗原发性手汗症的临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of completely thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port in the treatment of primary palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods We performed thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port on 21 patients with primary hyperhidrosis during the period between April 2012 and August 2016.We also did the surgery with double ports on 16 patients with primary hyperhidrosis from June 2009 to March 2012.To determine the curative efficiency,intraoperative continuous monitoring double hands warm,operation time,amount of bleeding and hospitalization time were used and compared between the two types of operation.Results All cases of operation were successful.The average operation time in the single-port group was shorter than that in the double-port group.Palmar hyperhidrosis disappeared after operation in all patients and no complications was observed.Conclusion Single port thoracoscopic thoracic sympathectomy has advantages with simple,safe,effective and small trauma when compared to double-port operation.It is worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨电视单孔全胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症的疗效和安全性.方法 2012年4月至2016年8月原发性手汗症患者21例,在全胸腔镜下单孔行胸交感神经链切断术(单孔组),与2009年6月至2012年3月原发性手汗症患者16例,在全胸腔镜下双孔操作(双孔组),行胸交感神经链切断术,术中持续监测双手掌温以判断手术疗效,比较手术时间、出血量及术后住院时间.结果 两组手术均成功,单孔组手术时间较双孔组缩短,术后患者手掌多汗症状消失,无并发症发生.结论 单孔全胸腔镜下胸交感神经切断术较双孔组治疗手汗症具有操作简单、安全有效、创伤小等特点,值得临床推广.
