甲基强的松龙联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脊髓炎疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with ganglioside in the treatment of a-cute myelitis.Methods Fifty-eight patients with acute myelitis were randomly divided into control or observation group,29 in each group.The control group was treated with methylprednisolone based on routine treatment.The observation group was treated with methyl-prednisolone combined with ganglioside.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The independent walking time,sphincter function recovery time and time of limb muscle recovery to the second level in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group.The scores of the sensory function and motor function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The all difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of methylprednisolone and ganglioside in the treatment of pa-tients with acute myelitis is significant.It can promote the recovery of muscle function,improve the motor function and sensory function. The effect is exact.It is of worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 探讨甲基强的松龙联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脊髓炎的临床效果.方法 58例急性脊髓炎患者按照随机双盲法分为对照组和观察组各29例.对照组在常规治疗基础上采用甲基强的松龙治疗,观察组采用甲基强的松龙联合神经节苷脂治疗,对比两组临床疗效.结果 观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组;独立行走时间、括约肌功能恢复时间和肢体肌肉恢复二级以上的时间均短于对照组;感知功能评分和运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 急性脊髓炎患者临床治疗过程中采用甲基强的松龙、神经节苷脂治疗的临床效果显著,且可以促进患者各组织肌肉功能的恢复,提高运动功能和感知功能,效果确切,值得临床推广.
