目的：观察丁苯酞软胶囊联合高压氧治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法选择2013年2月—2014年2月新疆医科大学附属中医医院收治的老年血管性痴呆患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组患者在常规药物治疗基础上应用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗；观察组患者在对照组基础上联合高压氧治疗，两组患者均连续治疗24 d。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后简易精神状态检查量表（MMSE）评分，并观察治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（ P <0.05）。两组患者治疗前 MMSE 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P >0.05）；治疗后观察组患者 MMSE 评分高于对照组（P <0.05）。观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.7%，低于对照组的30.0%（P <0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合高压氧治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效确切，能有效改善患者认知功能，且安全性较高。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsules combined with hyperbaric oxygenation on senile vascular dementia. Methods A total of 60 patients with senile vascular dementia were selected in the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from February 2013 to February 2014,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 30 cases. Based on routine drug treatment,patients of control group were given extra butylphthalide soft capsules,while patients of observation group were given extra butylphthalide soft capsules combined with hyperbaric oxygenation,both groups treated for 24 days. MMSE score before and after treatment,clinical effect were compared between the two groups,and incidence of adverse reactions was observed during treatment. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant difference of MMSE score was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),while MMSE score of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group(P < 0. 05). The incidence of observation group was 6. 7% ,was statistically significantly lower than that of control group of 30. 0% (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules combined with hyperbaric oxygenation has certain clinical effect on senile vascular dementia,which can effectively improve the cognitive function with high safety.
