丁苯酞软胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探究丁苯酞软胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆（ VD）的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取鹤壁市中医院神经内科2012年7月—2014年7月收治的VD患者129例，按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组64例和观察组65例。在常规治疗基础上，对照组患者给予尼莫地平治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞软胶囊治疗，两组患者均治疗12周。比较两组患者临床疗效，治疗前和治疗12周后简易智力状态检查量表（ MMSE）评分和日常生活能力量表（ ADL）评分，治疗期间药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（ P﹤0.05）。两组患者治疗前MMSE评分和ADL评分比较，差异无统计学意义（ P﹥0.05）；观察组患者治疗12周后MMSE评分和ADL评分均高于对照组（P﹤0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。结论丁苯酞软胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗VD的临床疗效确切，能有效改善患者痴呆症状及日常生活能力，且安全性高。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of butylphthalide soft capsule combined with nimodipine on vascular dementia. Methods From July 2012 to July 2014,a total of 129 patients with vascular dementia were selected in the Department of Neurology,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hebi,and they were divided into control group(n =64) and observation group(n=65)according to random number table. Patients of both groups were given conventional therapy, while patients of control group were given extra nimodipine,patients of observation group were given extra butylphthalide soft capsule combined with nimodipine,both groups treated for 12 weeks. Clinical effect,MMSE score and ADL score before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group ( P ﹤0. 05 ). No statistically significant differences of MMSE score or ADL score was found between the two groups before treatment(P﹥0. 05);MMSE score and ADL score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group after treatment ( P﹤0. 05 ). No statistically significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsule combined with nimodipine has certain clinical effect on vascular dementia,can effectively relieve the patients' symptoms and improve the ability of daily living,and is safe.
