抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体和血小板参数与高血压肾病的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the correlations of anti ox-LDL antibody(ox-LDL-Ab)and blood platelet parameters with hypertensive nephropathy. Methods A total of 120 patients with essential hypertension were selected in the Central Hospital of Handan from March 2009 to March 2016,and they were divided into A group(did not complicate with hypertensive nephropathy,n = 60)and B group(complicated with hypertensive nephropathy,n = 60)according to the incidence of hypertensive nephropathy.Observation index including ox-LDL-Ab and blood platelet parameters(including PLT, MPV and PDW)were compared between the two groups,Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations of ox-LDL-Ab and blood platelet parameters with hypertensive nephropathy. Results Comparative results showed that,ox-LDL-Ab,MPV and PDW in B group were statistically significantly higher than thos in control group,while PLT in B group was statistically significantly lower than that in A group(P <0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis results showed that,ox-LDL-Ab(rs=0.867),MPV(rs=0.746)and PDW(rs=0.798)was positively correlated with hypertensive nephropathy, respectively,while PLT was negatively correlated with hypertensive nephropathy(rs= -0.815,P<0.05). Conclusion We find that ox-LDL-Ab and blood platelet parameters are significantly correlated with hypertensive nephropathy,clinicians may early diagnose hypertensive nephropathy trough detecting the above index.%目的 探讨抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体(ox-LDL-Ab)和血小板参数与高血压肾病的相关性.方法选取2009年3月—2016年3月邯郸市中心医院收治的原发性高血压患者120例,根据高血压肾病发生情况分为A组(未发生高血压肾病,n=60)与B组(发生高血压肾病,n=60).比较两组患者ox-LDL-Ab、血小板参数〔血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)〕,ox-LDL-Ab、血小板参数与高血压肾病的相关性分析采用Spearman秩相关分析.结果 B组患者ox-LDL-Ab高于A组(P<0.05).B组患者PLT低于A组,MPV、PDW高于A组(P<0.05).Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,ox-LDL-Ab、MPV、PDW与高血压肾病呈正相关(rs=0.867、0.746、0.798,P<0.05);PLT与高血压肾病呈负相关(rs= -0.815,P<0.05).结论 ox-LDL-Ab和血小板参数与高血压肾病有关,临床可通过检查上述指标以早期发现高血压肾病.
