目的 分析胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3的表达水平与疾病进展的关系.方法 选取68例胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用免疫组化检测癌组织及癌旁组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3的表达水平,统计分析胃癌患者治疗后6个月、12个月的疾病进展情况与癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达的相关性.结果 胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈阴性(-)、弱阳性表达(+)的比例均低于癌旁组织,而胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈中强阳性表达(++)、强阳性表达(+++)的比例均明显高于癌旁组织,患者治疗后6个月疾病进展的比例为57.35%,患者治疗后12个月疾病进展的比例为72.06%,IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈中强阳性表达(++)、强阳性表达(+++)的患者,0.5年、1年的生存率、复发、转移比例均明显高于IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈阴性(-)、弱阳性表达(+)患者.结论 胃癌组织中IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达呈高表达,并且IL-11、STAT3及P-STAT3表达水平与胃癌疾病进展呈现明显的正相关性.%Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression of IL-11, STAT3 and P-STAT3 and the progression of the disease in gastric cancer. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gastric cancer treated in our hospital from September2015 to September 2016 were enrolled in this study. Conclusion The expression of IL-11, STAT3 and P-STAT3 in gastric cancer tissues was highly expressed, and the expression of IL-11, STAT3 and P-STAT3 was positively correlated with the progression of gastric cancer.
