恶性肿瘤患者血液中血清淀粉样蛋白A水平与其血液高凝状态的关系

摘要

Objective To research the relationship between the serum amyloid A ( SAA) level and hypercoagulable state in the blood of malignant tumor .Methods Experimental method was used to detect the levels of SAA ,Fib,D-Dimer and PLT in 155cases of malignant tumor patients and 65 healthy patients.Results Coagulation system levels of all indicators in malignant tumor group were obviously higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).In the malignant tumor group,all the coagulation indicators of elderly patients were higher than those of middle-aged and young patients(P<0.05),and the level of SAA in elderly patients was significantly higher than that of other patients and the control group (P<0.05).The differences of SAA level between young,middle-aged patients and the control group were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of SAA,Fib,D-D and PLT in malignant tumor group with metastasis were obviously higher than those of non-metastatic tumor group and the control group , and the differences of these indicators between non-metastatic tumor group and the control group were statistically significant ( P<0.05).The SAA level and coagulation indicators in elderly patients and metastatic tumor group were in positive correlation .Con-clusion The significant increase of SAA level indicates the hypercoagulable state of blood in elderly patients with malignant tumor.%目的：研究恶性肿瘤患者血液中血清淀粉样蛋白（ SAA ）水平与其血液高凝状态的关系。方法采用实验室方法，分别检测155例恶性肿瘤患者和69例健康体验者血清淀粉样蛋白（ SAA）、纤维蛋白原（ Fib）、D-二聚体（ D-D）和血小板（PLT）水平。结果恶性肿瘤组凝血系统各项指标水平均显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。恶性肿瘤组老年患者各项凝血指标水平高于青壮年患者（P＜0．05），老年恶性肿瘤患者SAA水平显著高于健康对照组及青壮年恶性肿瘤患者（P＜0．05），青壮年恶性肿瘤患者SAA水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。恶性肿瘤转移组SAA、Fib、D-D、PLT水平显著高于未转移组和对照组。恶性肿瘤未转移组SAA、Fib、D-D、PLT水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。老年恶性肿瘤患者及肿瘤病人转移组中SAA水平与各项凝血指标呈正相关性。结论 SAA水平显著增高提示老年恶性肿瘤患者血液高凝状态。
