鼻咽癌患者血清肌成束蛋白、E-选择素的表达及其临床意义

摘要

Objective To investigate serum level of serum muscle bundle protein(Fascin-1) and E-selectin in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods 90 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were selected with 4 cases weeded out by data missing and 86 cases completed.50 healthy cases was the control group. Serum Fascin-1 and E-selectin were detected by Elisa method in both groups.Results Compared with the control group,serum levels of Fascin-1 and E-selectin of nasopharyngeal carcinoma group increased obviously (P<0.01).Serum level of Fascin-1 and E-selectin had no significant correlation with age,gender,size,and pathological type(P>0.05),but were significantly correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01).After 3-year follow up,20 cases were dead and 66 survived.Serum level of Fascin-1 and E-selectin on admission in the death cases were remarkably higher than those survived,there had statistical signif-icance(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum level of Fascin-1 and E-selectin of nasopharyngeal carcinoma increased obviously and are closely related with malignancy grade,and it could be important prognostic marker of evaluating prognosis.%目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者血清肌成束蛋白（ Fascin-1）、E-选择素（ E-selectin）水平与其临床病理因素的相关性。方法收集鼻咽癌患者共90例，资料分析过程中因数据遗失剔除4例，最后完成86例；同期选择体检健康者50例为对照组；应用酶联免疫吸附（Elisa）法检测两组血清Fascin-1和E-selectin水平。结果与对照组比较，鼻咽癌组患者血清Fascin-1和E-selectin水平均显著增高（P＜0．01）。血清Fascin-1和E-selectin的表达水平与鼻咽癌患者的年龄、性别、大小、病理分型无显著相关性（P＞0．05），而与TNM分期、淋巴结转移呈显著性相关（P＜0．01）。随访3年，20例死亡，66例存活。死亡者入院时血清Fascin-1和E-selectin水平均明显高于存活者入院时，比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论鼻咽癌患者血清Fascin-1和E-selectin的表达水平明显增高，与鼻咽癌的恶性程度密切相关，有望成为评价临床治疗鼻咽癌患者预后的重要标志物。
