香菇多糖注射液联合 FOLFOX 方案治疗晚期结肠癌的效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of lentinan injection combined FOLFOX for advanced color-ectal cancer.Methods 90 cases of patients with advanced colon cancer were divided into the control group and the treatment group.Control group received calcium leucovorin, 200 mg/m2 , intravenous drip, once/d;Oxaliplatin, 100 mg/m2 , intravenous drip,once/d;5-fluorouracil,400 mg/m2 ,the intravenous drip,once/d;5-fluorouracil,600 mg/m2 ,continuous intravenous pumping 22 h and d1-2.Treatment group received additional lentinan injection 1 mg,twice/week,intravenous drip on the basis of the con-trol treatment.The short-term and long-term curative effects,adverse reaction and the influence of cytokines of the 2 groups were observed.Results After treatment,1-,2-,3-year survival rates of the treatment group were 75.56% (34/45),55.56% (25/45),37.78%(17/45),and those of the control group were 71.11%(32/45),35.56%(16/45),24.44%(11/45),there was no statistically significant difference in 1-year survival rate (P>0.05),2-,3-year survival rate had statistically significant differ-ence (P<0.05).In addition,recent clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of the 2 groups had statistically significant difference,P<0.05.Serum IL-2,TNF alpha and IFN-gamma levels of the 2 groups after treatment had statistically significant difference,and treatment group had higher increase (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with FOLFOX schemes,lentinan injec-tion combined with FOLFOX regimen for advanced colon cancer can improve short-term and long-term curative effects,with less adverse reactions,and it can effectively improve the patients'immune function and resistance.%目的：探讨香菇多糖注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期结肠癌的临床疗效。方法将90例晚期结肠癌患者按照住院时间先后顺序分组为对照组和治疗组。对照组：采用亚叶酸钙，200 mg／m2，静脉滴入，1次／天；奥沙利铂，100 mg／m2，静脉滴入，1次／天；5-氟尿嘧啶，400 mg／m2，静脉滴注，1次／天；5-氟尿嘧啶，600 mg／m2，持续静脉泵入22 h， d1-2。治疗组：在对照组治疗基础上，同时给患者采用香菇多糖注射液1 mg，2次／周，静脉滴注。观察2组患者的近、远期疗效和不良反应及对细胞因子的影响。结果治疗后，治疗组1、2、3年生存率分别为75．56％（34／45）、55．56％（25／45）、37．78％（17／45），与对照组71．11％（32／45）、35．56％（16／45）、24．44％（11／45）比较，1年生存率差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05），2、3年生存率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。此外，2组患者近期临床疗效和不良反应比较，P均＜0．05。2组患者治疗后血清IL-2和TNF-α及IFN-γ水平与治疗前比较，均出现明显上升，但治疗组升高较为显著（ P＜0．05）。结论相比FOLFOX方案化疗来说，采用香菇多糖注射液联合FOLFOX方案治疗晚期结肠癌，能提高患者近、远期疗效，且不良反应少，同时还能有效改善患者免疫功能，提高患者抵抗力。
