同步放化疗与放疗同步联合阿帕替尼治疗Ⅲ期不能手术非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效比较

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with apatinib in the treatment of phase Ⅲinoperable non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated by radiotherapy com-bined with chemotherapy treatment,and the treatment group was treated with radiotherapy combined with apatinib.Observed and compared the change level of CEA,CYFRA21-1,VEGF and MMP-9,and the short-term curative effect,the improvement of the quality of life and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the level of CYFRA21-1,MMP-9,CEA and VEGF was statistically significantly lower than those before treatment in both groups(all P<0.05),but there was no difference between the 2 group(P>0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the short-term curative effect,the im-provement of the quality of life(P>0.05).The side effects of the treatment group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than 40.00%in the control group(χ2=5.455,P=0.039).Conclusion It has an equivalent curative effect of radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with apatinib in the treatment of phase Ⅲinoperable non-small cell lung cancer.It has less adverse reactions of radiotherapy combined with apatinib,with higher tolerance,and it is worthy of promotion.%目的 探讨放疗同步联合化疗与放疗同步联合阿帕替尼治疗Ⅲ期不能手术非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效比较.方法 将60例Ⅲ期不能手术的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).对照组采用放疗同步联合化疗治疗,治疗组采用放疗同步联合阿帕替尼治疗.观察比较2组CEA、CYFRA21-1、VEGF及MMP-9水平变化,近期疗效,生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,2组VEGF、MMP-9、CEA 和CYFRA21-1水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),但2组间比较无差异(P>0.05).2组生活质量及近期疗效有效率比较无差异(P>0.05).治疗组副作用率为13.33%,显著低于对照组40.00%(χ2=5.455,P=0.039).结论 放疗同步联合化疗与放疗同步联合阿帕替尼治疗Ⅲ期不能手术NSCLC疗效相当,但放疗同步联合阿帕替尼治疗的不良反应较小,患者耐受性更好,值得推广.
