EC→T序贯疗法与TEC方案用于乳腺癌治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的 研究EC→T序贯疗法与TEC方案对乳腺癌的临床疗效.方法 将106例乳腺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组给予TEC化疗方案,治疗组给予EC→T序贯化疗方案.疗程结束后,对比2组的疗效,评价2组的不良反应,统计2组患者的无病生存率和总生存率.结果 治疗组3年、5年无病生存率及总生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组白细胞减少症和血小板减少症的发生情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组贫血、恶心/呕吐、周围神经毒性、心律失常和肝损伤发生情况无统计学差异(P>0.05).治疗组WBC和ANC计数的最低值显著高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组WBC降低至2.0×109/L~4.0×109/L的持续天数显著少于对照组(P<0.05),ANC降低至2.0× 109/L~4.0×109/L的持续时间同样显著少于对照组(P<0.05).结论 EC→T序贯疗法用于乳腺癌化疗疗效显著,安全性较高,对患者白细胞和血小板的影响较小.%Objective To study the clinical efficacy of EC →T sequential therapy and TEC regimen for breast cancer. Methods 106 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given TEC chemotherapy regimen,the treatment group was given EC →T sequential chemotherapy.After the end of the treatment,the adverse effects of the 2 groups were evaluated by comparing the curative effect of the 2 groups,and the disease-free survival rate and the overall survival rate were calculated.Results The 3-year and 5-year disease-free survival and overall sur-vival were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the incidence of anemia,nausea/vomiting,peripheral neurotoxicity,arrhythmia and liver injury.The lowest val-ues of WBC and ANC counts in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The du-ration of reduction of WBC to 2.0×109/L ~4.0×109/L in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of ANC decreased to 2.0×109/L ~4.0×109/L was also significantly lower than the con-trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion EC→T sequential therapy is effective in the treatment of breast cancer with high safety and less effect on leukocytes and platelets.
