基于能耗结构优化的高铁低碳环保效应

     

摘要

In comprehensive transportation system, railway has the comparative advantage in energy conservation and environ-mental protection, is the only transportation large area to achieve the green environmental protection of "electricity generation oil". Its construction operation quickly increases the rate of the electrifi-cation of the entire railway industry, optimizes the railway energy consumption structure, realizes the given priority to fuel consump-tion for power consumption given priority to the fundamental shift of energy consumption of the way. High-speed railway will not only satisfy the needs of modern society, people travel, and accord with the requirement of environmental sustainable development, high-lights the edge in comparison with other modes of transport. Dem-onstration effect has to rise to the release of the high-speed railway is the leading role of a macroscopic level, not only for the transpor-tation industry, and even to the overall energy consumption struc-ture adjustment in China have important enlightenment function.%  在综合交通运输体系中,铁路具有节能环保的比较优势,是唯一能大面积实现“以电代油”的绿色环保型交通工具。高速铁路的建设运营快速地提升了整个铁路行业的电气化率,优化了铁路的能耗结构,提高了电能在铁路运输总用能的比重,铁路行业能源消费方式发生明显变化。高速铁路既满足了现代社会人们出行的需求,又符合环境可持续发展的要求,凸显了在与其他交通方式比较中的竞争优势。高速铁路所释放的示范效应已上升为一种宏观层面的引领作用,不仅对整个交通运输行业,而且对我国整体能耗结构调整都有着重要的启示作用。
