对港口类企业人力资源管理与开发的思考

摘要

阐述了人力资源管理的定义和相关的理论依据。着重分析了目前港口类企业人力资源管理存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的对策和措施。港口类企业只有在新一轮的发展进程中,更加重视和解决人力资源管理与开发中的问题,才能为企业的发展提供充分的智力资源,为可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。%This paper states the definition of the personnel resource management and relative theory basic. Emphatically it analyzes the problems of personnel management existed in the port enterprise at present and their reasons. Also it puts forward countermeasures for solving the problems. Only if port enterprise pays more attention to personnel management and solving the problems in the developing procedure, it could supply efficient intelligent personnel resource and lay a solid foundation for sustained development.
