Emphatically it analyzes the problems of personnel management existed in the port enterprise at present and their reasons. Also it puts forward countermeasures for solving the problems. Only if port enterprise pays more attention to personnel management and solving the problems in the developing procedure, it could supply efficient intelligent personnel resource and lay a solid foundation for sustained development.
