目的 探讨循证护理干预对老年患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的影响.方法 选择116例老年腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者,以随机数的方式划为第一组、第二组各58例.即第一组为常规护理,第二组为循证护理,分析两组干预效果、疼痛程度.结果 第二组干预总有效率、总满意度分别为95.55%、100.00%,均显著高于第一组的86.20%、91.38%(P<0.05);第二组术后1d、4d、6d疼痛程度评分均显著低于第一组(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的老年患者进行循证护理干预模式,可提高患者干预效果,减轻患者术后疼痛,预防医患纠纷,可供临床推广.%Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients.Methods A total of 116 cases elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected and randomly divided into the first group and the second group with 58 cases each.The first group for routine nursing,the second group for evidence-based nursing,analysis of the two groups of intervention effect,the degree of pain.Results The total effective rate and satisfaction degree in the second group were 95.55% and 100.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 86.20% and 91.38% in the first group(P<0.05).The pain score of the second group at 1d,4d and 6d after surgery was significantly lower than that of the first group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing intervention mode for elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can improve the intervention effect of patients,reduce postoperative pain,prevent doctor-patient disputes,whichcan be promoted in clinical practice.
