学分制条件下高校班主任工作初探

摘要

The credit system can stimulate the students' learning enthusiasm, initiative and independence, which was beneficial to teach students in accordance with their aptitude, effectively develop students' potential, but it is also a challenge for university headteacher. So headteacher should complete their work under the condition of the credit system through changing ideas, improving working methods, paying attention to the class cadres, fully exploit dormitory and network working platform, etc.%　　学分制能激发学生的学习积极性、主动性和独立性，有利于因材施教，有效地开发学生的潜能。但它同时也是对高校班主任班级工作的一个挑战，因此高校班主任应通过转变观念改进工作方法、抓好班级学生干部、充分开拓宿舍及网络工作平台等管理方法来做好学分制条件下高校班主任工作。
