“护理专业”医学统计学教学方法改革与实践

         

摘要

目的:培养学生应用医学统计学知识解决和分析医学问题的综合能力。方法:比较不同年级、不同班级分别采用传统教学法、问题教学法和案例教学法的教学效果。结果:不同年级、不同班级的考试成绩经过 SPSS16统计分析结果是:2011级 F1=29.781,p1=0.000,2012级 F2=30.531,p2=0.000。结论:传统教学法、问题教学法与案例教学法的教学效果有显著性的差异。%Objective:Trains the student to use medical statistics the comprehensive ability to solve the problem of and analysis of medical knowledge. Methods:Compare the different grade, the different class respectively by traditional teaching method, problem teaching method and case method of teaching effect. Results:Different grades, different classes of test scores after SPSS16 statistical analysis the result: a level 2011 F1 = 29.781, p = 0.000, a level 2012 F2 = 30.531, p2 = 0.000. Conclusion:Traditional teaching method, problem teaching method and the teaching effect of case teaching has significant differences.
