高校招标采购领域廉政风险防控机制研究

摘要

招标采购既是高校违纪违法案件高发频发领域，也是高校纪检监察部门监督工作的重点。十八大以来，随着纪检监察部门转职能、转方式、转作风(简称“三转”）工作的深入推进，完善、创新，高校招标采购领域的廉政风险防控机制显得尤为重要。文章认为，建立高校招标采购廉政风险防控机制，要从高校招标采购权力运行的风险点排查入手，有针对性地制定工作流程、防控措施，加强项目监控等内容，才能最大限度地防止腐败行为发生。%The bidding procurement is the key point of supervision in university discipline inspection department’s daily work. it’s also a high risk area in violation of the law. With the transformation of the work mode in discipline inspection department, the innovation in university bidding procurement system is particularly important. This article argues that the establishment of bidding procurement corruption prevention system should make measurable procedure and rules, only this way can achieve successfully the goal of corruption prevention.
