生物质材料环氧大豆油和CO2 在碱性树脂D201 的催化下,通过环加成反应生成五元环状碳酸酯.近一步对D201树脂进行改造和改性,得到系列新型碱性树脂催化剂,考察了温度、时间、催化剂种类等因素对反应的影响.结果表明,制备的碱性树脂催化剂的催化活性均高于D201树脂,其中以碘离子改进型碱性树脂催化剂的催化活性最高,在反应温度为120℃、反应时间为12 h的条件下,可使环氧大豆油的转化率达到90%以上.%Catalyzed by basic resin D201, five-member cyclic carbonate was obtained by the cloaddition reaction of biomass eoxidized soybean oil with CO2. Major factors, such as the reaction temperature, the catalyst, the reaction time and so on were investigated. Furthermore, new types of basic resin were acquired by modified to resin D201. It was indicated that the catalytic activity of the basic resin was higher than resin D201. The basic resin with iodine ion played the highest activity with a yield of above 90% under conditions of reaction temperature of 120℃ and reaction time of 12 h.
