设计了铝6063基体、化学镀镍以及微弧氧化三种铝6063材料的工艺样件,分别对其进行了在液态Bi系四元低熔点合金中的24h、48h以及72h的扩散试验.试验结果表明,铝6063材料经过微弧氧化后,可以有效地避免其在Bi系四元合金的液体中出现扩散现象;另外,对Bi系四元低熔点合金的传热稳定性进行了分析,发现其在相变过程中不会出现体积收缩的情况,因而确定Bi系四元合金适合用作相变储热材料.%Three kinds of Al 6063 samples including Al 6063 substrate,electroless Ni plated Al 6063 and micro-arc oxidized Al 6063 were designed,diffusion tests of 24 h,48 h and 72 h in the Bi system low melting point quaternary liquid alloy were carried out respectively for the three kinds of samples.Results showed that:after the Al 6063 had been micro-arc oxidized,it could avoid diffusion phenomenon in the liquid of Bi system quaternary alloy.In addition,the heat transfer stability of the Bi system low melting point quaternary liquid alloy was analyzed,and the results indicated that there was no volume shrinkage in phase changing process,therefore,the Bi system quaternary alloy could be determined as suitable phase changing thermal storage material.
