纳米复合镀技术在注塑模具腔体表面处理中的应用

         

摘要

简要介绍了在传统复合镀技术基础上发展起来的纳米复合镀技术,其应用于注塑模具腔体表面处理的研究刚刚起步,将其与普通镍电刷镀技术相比较,叙述了注塑模具腔体表面实现纳米化的基本途径,说明了纳米复合电刷镀的优势,即增加镀层厚度与硬度,提高注塑模具腔体表面的耐磨性、耐疲劳性和耐腐蚀性,从而提高注塑模具的使用寿命。%This paper briefly introduces that nano--composite plating technology is an emerging technology, which develops on the basis on the traditional composite plating technology. Research of applying nano--composite plating technology in plastic injec- tion mould cavity surface treatment which Is just a beginning. The article Compares nano--composite plating with the ordinary nickel electronics brush plating, describes the essential way which realize nanometer on the mold Cavity, comprehensive effec- tive explain the advantages of nano--composite plating, increases the coating thick- ness and hardness, enhances the plastic injection mold cavity the abrasive resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance and the service life of mold.
